SURGICAL RESULTS IN OUR EXODEVIATION OPERATIONS
The results of operations in 58 patients with exodeviation were analysed regarding to the change in deviation and visual acuity.
The incidence of bash exotropia was found to be 87.93%, divergence excess was 12.07%. The choice of operation was determined
by the type and size of deviation, there was a follow-up period of an avarage 10.8 months. The final results of operation
were that the deviation was reduced to less than 10 pd in 75.86% for distance and 77.58% for near. The visual acuity of 6
patients was increased and 13.7% of patients gained fusion.Keywords: Exotropia, Divergence excess. Basic exotropia, Convergence insuffiency, Surgical management
