Sturge-weber Sendromunda Glokom

Four cases of Sturge-Weber Syndrome with secondary glaucoma is presented. The gonioscopic findings in all those late
onset glaucoma cases revealed no abnormality. Since we had not succeeded in controlling the intraocular pressure with medical
theraphy; all the cases went on trabeculectomy. In order to avoid frightening complications such as expulsive haemorrhage and
choroidal effusion, operation was accomplished with the aid of sodium hyaluronate. Such supplements to the conventional trabeculectomy
procedure was found to have positive effects both on the preservation of the anterior chamber depth and on the prevention
of sudden intraocular pressure fall. During the follow-up period of 1 to 4 years; two of the cases did required medications
