Orbital rhabdomyosarcoma is the most frequently encountered primary malign orbital tumor in childhood. With
early diagnosis and appropriate therapy, the tumour has a good prognosis in the long term. In this article, the
epidemiological clinical features and histopathology of 68 orbital rhabdomyosarcoma patients seen during 1964-
1992 (first trimester) are evaluated. There were 45 male and 23 female cases. Mean age at the time of diagnosis
was 8,8. Histopathologic examination reveals %72 embryonal, %14 alveolar and %14 botryoid tumor types. Keywords: Orbital rhabdomyosarcoma, Epidemiology, Histopathology
