Primer Açık Açılı Glokomun Erken Tanısında Retina Sinir Lifi Fotografisi

RETINAL NERVE FIBER LAYER PHOTOGRAPHY IN DIAGNOSIS OF PRIMARY OPEN ANGLE GLAUCOMA
Sixteen patients with ocular hypertension (OHT) and 29 patients with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) were
investigated with retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) photography. In one year period 5 patients with OHT had only slit
shaped RNFL defects whereas 14 slit shaped, 23 diffuse type and 11 mixed type RNFL defects were observed in
patients with POAG. These findings suggest that RNFL photography is an important tool especially in the early diagnosis
