SECOND OPERA TION FOR ESOTROPIA
33 esotropia cases operated two times between April 1983 and April 1992 in İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa
Medical Faculty have been reviewed. Of these cases, 78.79% was rest esotropia, 21.21% consecutive exotropia.
Causes for a second operation are age of the child and squint, incomplete determination of accomodative element
