VISUAL FIELD THRESHOLD LEVELS
In order to determine the effect of Radial keratotomy (RK) operation on color discrimination and differantial light threshold level,
Farnsworth-Munsell 100 hue test and Synemed 50 automated perimeter were employed in patients at least 3 months after RK
operation. The results of radial keratotomized eyes were compared to the preoperative results of the same eyes and to that of
control eyes. It was found that in patients with RK operation color discrimination was within normal limits. Although total thresholds
and central thresholds within 5-dogrees were not affected, significiant visual field depressions were observed in two sectors
limited to 0° to 30° and 180° to 210° of visual fields [Oftalmoloji 1993; 2(1): 84-87]Keywords: Color discrimination, FM 100 hue test, Threshold perimetry
