POSTOPERATIVE PSYCHOSES IN OPHTHALMIC PATIENTS
All eye surgeons meet psychiatric problems following surgery in hospitalized patients for their cataracts or other eye diseases.
Our interest on this problem of these orderly patients with bilateral low vision and who are not familiar to our hospital language is
gradually decreasing. Etiology, prevention and treatment of the so called "black patch delirium" or "psychoses" are discussed in
