A 70 year old man applied with complaints of redness, pain tearing, ocular irritation, exophthalmos and edema of the
lid on the left eye. The patient's condition was evaluated as tumor of orbita. All orbital tissues were exenterated. Optic
nerve was involved and it caused retina detachment. In microscopic examination the case was diagnosed as metastatic
mucinous adenocarcinoma. The patient was reexaminated for a primary tumor, but nothing particular was identified
except the suspicious lesion in the left lung. The patient died six months later.Keywords: Orbita, Metastatic tumor, Mucinous adenocarcinoma
