EXTRACAPSULAR SURGERY AND ENDOCAPSULAR LENS IMPLANTATION IN CATARACT PATIENTS WITH
FUCHS • HE TEROCHROMIC IRIDOC YCLITIS
Extracapsular surgery and endocapsular lens implantation was performed in cataract patients with Fuchs' heterochromia
iridocylitis. Mean follow up was 15.3 months. Corrected visual acuity was between 0.5-1.0. Postoperative
inflammation was not rare but has been treated easily with topical steroids. Increased intraocular pressure has been
seen in two patients in early postoperative period. No other important complications has been seen during surgery, in
