INVESTIGATION OF RETINAL TOXICITY IN CHLOROQUIN TREATMENT
Thirty-two patients on chloroquin treatment have been followed up for 12 months with different parameters. While the
visual acuity and ophthalmoscopy, Amsler grid, kinetic perimeter, macular photostress test, visually evoked cortical
potentials, and electrooculograms were normal, the ERG flicker amplitudes were significantly reduced compared to the
