Combined Keratoplasty With Intraocular Lenses

Our study consisted of totally 31 patients. The first group had 20 patients, second group had 11 patients. First group
patients had different type of corneal diseases, second group patients had aphakic and pseudophakic bullous keratopathy.
Moreover, ail the patients had cataract at different densities. After combined surgery, 0.5 and over visual acuity rate
was %35.4, between 0.1 and 0.5 was %35.4 too. At the end of about 13 months follow-up period, no graft rejection was
seen.
The reasons of low postoperative visual acuity were especially high irregular astigmatism and cystoid macular
