A lot of diseases and mechanisms have role on the etiologies of visual field losses in neuroophthalmology. Particularly
regular or irregular peripheral visual field narrowing caused by optic neuritis, optik disc drusen, hysteria-simulation,
occipital cortical lessions, pituitary gland tumors, syphilitic neuropathy, juvenil diabetic papillopathy and chronic papillary
stasis lead to optic atrophies. In these diseases, peripheral concentric narrowing causes most frequently functional visual
losses. In this report four cases were presented, who had different diseases. It was discussed the new or less known
