Üveitli Ve Diabetes Mellituslu Hastalarda Katarakt Ekstraksiyonu Ve Göziçi Lensi İmplantasyonu

Visual rehabilitation through cataract surgery in patients with a history of uveitis or diabetes mellitus is complicated by multiple factors. Surgical removal of these complicated cataracts is considerably more difficult than that of senile cataracts. Successful cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in patients with uveitis or diabetes mellitus requires careful preoperative evaluation and surgical planning, meticulous technique, and vigilant postoperative management.
