Olgu Deneyiminin, Bilgisayarlı Görme Alanı Statpac İndekslerine Etkisi

Patient experience has effects on the psycho-pyschical test results. Computerized perimetry is a psycho-pyschical test. 137 Glaucoma cases were evaluated by central 30-2 and full field 246 tests with mean 8.2±5.1 months interval. STATPAC is an statistical analysis program which gives information about reliability and global indexes. We could not find effect of patient experience on global indexes. False negative response and fixation loss were less in the second tests with respect to first tests. There were no difference between 1. and 2. Tests for the mean test time.
STATPAC indexes of the first test can be used safely to evaluate the glaucoma patients. Patient experience improves patients reliability.
