Thirty-eight eyes of 23 patients were divided to 2 groups according to the treatment protocol. Twenty eyes in group 1 were treated with topical diclofenac and 18 eyes in group 2 were treated with topical indomethacin. There was statistically significant difference between two groups only for controlling of first hour pain (p=0.05). No statistically significant difference was found in comparison of other hours and parameters. In conclusion, our results showed that topical indomethacin has similar effect with topical diclofenac, thus topical indomethacin may be an alternative to topical diclofenac in the treatment of postoperative complaints after refractive surgery procedures. Keywords: Pain, Diclofenac, Refractive Keratotomy,
