It has included 14 patients and was designed in a double masked, placebo controlled manner. LDBA has decreased P1 latencies in sound eyes and amblyopic eyes . Previous studies have stressed that dopamine have some important roles in visual function and amblyopia. We believe that these findings have been confirmed in our study and it makes us hopeful about LDBA, as an adjuvant treatment modality for amblyopia. Keywords: Anisometropic amblyopia,
