Clinical And Histopathological Diagnosisof Eyelid Malignant Tumors

Eyelid tumors are very important because of their various characteristics. We see both malignant and benign tumors of the eyelids very often. The results will be very good with different treatment procedures if the condition is diagnosed early enough.
In this paper we reviewed the malignant eyelid tumors. Especially we mentioned their clinical and histopathological diagnoses. The mostly seen malignant eyelid tumors, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, sebaceous cell carcinoma and malign melanoma, are discussed more.Keywords: Eyelid, Malignant tumor, DiagnosisTurkiye Klinikleri J Ophthalmol 1998, 7:140-146
