Towards An Artificial Eye

Today, ophthalmology, biology and computer engineering branches are uniting in an effort to achieve restoring sight for the blind and giving an enhanced vision to people with low-vision. According to the biological system, retina is redesigned on a chip and neuromorphic vision chips are being built.
