The complications of hemorrhage, pigment dispersal, and elevation of intraocular pressure were not seen during the treatment. Pupillary membrane was retracted to lower temporal quadrant after the treatment, while best corrected visual acuity improved to 10/10 in Snellen table. Keywords: Persistent Hyperplastic Pupillary Membranes,
