Prospectively, the effect of the best corrected visual acuity on the development of the depth perception and the results of TNO and Titmus Fly tests of primer monofixation syndrome patients were compared.
Amblyopia was found 40% of cases in different levels. The percentages of the detected stereopsis were 47.5% according to TNO and 81.3% according to Titmus Fly test.
The positive respond to the Titmus test in the stereopsis evaluation is more than of the TNO test. As the visual acuity decreases the level of the stereopsis also decreases. Therefore, there is a positive relationship between vision and stereopsis. Keywords: Monofixation syndrome, stereopsis,
