There was not any difference between carbachol and acetylcholine at postoperative 6th hour and first week. At postoperative 24th hour IOP in carbachol group and acetylcholine group were found 15.7±6.3 mm Hg and 17.5±4.3 mm Hg, respectively. IOP was significantly less in carbachol group than acetylcholine group at postoperative 24th hour (p<0.05). In conclusion we conclude that carbachol seems to have a more safer and stronger influence on the early postoperative course of intraocular pressure. Keywords: Carbachol, Acetylcholine,
