Inability to identify the causative infective agents in uvetic patients may result in insufficient treatment of uveitis and leads to recurrences. In such cases of uveitis caused by infective agents, systemic administration of antimicrobial treatment is mandatory. In this study, we reported a 56 year-old woman with bilateral uveitis and brucellosis who demonstrated a complete recovery of uveitic findings after systemic antibiotic and topical treatment. Keywords: Uveitis, brucellosis,
