Recently, this device has been used in full-thickness eyelid incisions for entropion or ectropion and incising the lacrimal sac and nasal mucosa for dacryocystorhinostomy surgery and to destroy eyelash follicles in the treatment of trichiasis with low lateral heat spreading, minimal surrounding tissue damage and less bleeding than that occur with traditional methods. So, it can be recommended for the oculoplastic surgical interventions. Keywords: High-frequency radio waves,
