Microphthalmos With Cyst

Presentation of 6 microphthalmos cases with cyst who applied to our Oncology Department between the dates 1992 and 1997 is aimed in this article. Cyst formed as a result of a coloboma in the wall of the globe, impair the development of the eyeball and various clinical pictures develop depending on the degree of cyst enlargement. Huge cysts may mimic pediatric orbital tumors by occupying the entire orbital cavity.
In our series, 2 cases appeared as large orbito-palpebral cysts and other 4 cases were in the form of retrobulbar cysts detected by B.T.Keywords: Microphthalmos with cyst, microphthalmos,
