An earlier improvement was achieved by the lodoxamide treatment to disappear the Trantas' dots and the punctate keratitis. The lodoxamide should be considered among the first alternatives in the treatment of vernal keratoconjunctivitis, as it has a more effective clinical efficacy in decreasing the corneal complications associated with severe inflammation especially caused by eosinophils than the cromolyn sodium. Keywords: Vernal keratoconjunctivitis, Lodoxamide,
