There is not yet any method or objective test for diagnosis except clinical findings. The importance of FFA (Fundus Fluorescein Angiography) in the diagnosis of retinal diseases is apparent. We aimed to investigate the vascular changes in ocular Behçet's disease with respect to differential diagnosis with other uveitis entities.
FFA findings belonging to 76 patients with ocular Behçet's disease was compared with FFA findings belonging to 120 patients with nonspecific posterior uveitis. The differences were statistically significant. The importance and usefullness of this clinical method was pointed out. Keywords: Behçet's disease, Uveitis,
