Turkish Radial Keratotomy Literature Synthesis In Myopia

This study includes 1690 eyes in 20 radial keratotomy studies presented in congresses or published in journals in Türkiye. Mean follow-up time is between 3 months and 38 months. We tried to evaluate every aspect of radial keratotomy in these studies and the mean refractive gain was 3.27 D, mean keratometric gain was 3.80 D, emetropia rate within ±1 D limits was 47.0% and mean postoperative visual acuity without glasses was over 0.8.
