Dermoid Cyst Located In Orbita And Temporal Fossa (dumbbell Dermoid Cyst)

Purpose: In this article, we reported an unexpected spread of recurrent left upper lid dermoid cyst.
Case Report: 35 years old female who admitted with the complaint of recurrent mass operated. During the operation we saw the spreading of the mass through a hole in the maxiller processus of the frontal bone to the temporal fossa. That was a dumbbel orbital dermoid.
