Ophthalmological Findings In Neurocutaneous Melanosis: A Case Presentation

Case Report: A systemic examination revealed right kidney agenesis, great artery transposition and intracranial melanin deposits. The ophthalmological examination performed 20 days after birth showed a non-pigmented conjunctivocorneal mass in the right eye and an inferotemporal choroidal nevus in the fundoscopy of the same eye.
Conclusion: Thus, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment modalities of neurocutaneous melanosis have been briefly evaluated in this case.Keywords: Neurocutaneous melanosis, Choroidal nevus, Great artery transposition, Renal agenesisTürkiye Klinikleri Oftalmoloji 2003, 12:165-169
