A Case With Axenfeld-rieger Syndrome

aGöz Hastalıkları AD, Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi,bGöz Hastalıkları Kliniği, İskenderun Devlet Hastanesi, ANTAKYA A 4 months old age boy who was operated for patent ductus arteriosus admitted to our clinic with a complain of pupillary abnormality. His ophthalmic examination revealed bilateral pupillary ectopia, posterior embryotoxon, peripheral iris fibrils attached to the peripheral cornea with ocular tension of 15 mmHg and, fundoscopic examination revealed a cup to disc ratio of 0.3. We presented a rare case of Axenfeld-Rieger anomaly with congenital heart defect in this report.
